Alicante Vacation Rental

Apartment situated in a quiet, well-kept residence with a parking place, close to the beautiful beach in San Juan. Very well equipped apartment; (washing machine, oven, microwave, air conditioning...) and clean. Close to shopping, the tram and buses.

Our vacation in Alicante went very well... Thank you for your warm welcome. No language barrier, which is of course a great advantage in a foreign country. Your website is very informative, our email correspondance, our vacation spot displayed on Google earth...we felt like we were already there well before we arrived.
Your apartment is very confortable, well-equipped and above all well situated, right near the big beach and shopping. Plus the building is especially quiet, well-kept, the entrance secured, with courteous, friendly neighbors.
A big plus : the large parking area inside the residence, with a reserved place, covered, safe... i'm a bit fussy when it comes to my cars.

Very comfortable and functional apartment (with very much appreciated air conditioning during our stay!). The beach and access to shopping are very close which is very practical when you don't have a car; The bus, which stops at the foot of the building, brings you to the port and the very busy old quarter of Alicante, as well as to the airport.

The apartment is very well located in relation to the beach and all the shops, it's very well-equipped in a quiet and tidy setting. The building is quiet and very clean. The only black mark would be, one of the bedrooms is quite small and a bit tight for two persons. We had a very good time there.

We really liked the apartment. The kitchen is very complete Nothing is lacking. The building isn't noisy and you sleep very well. It's very close to everything, the beach, the shopping center and the bus to go to Alicante if you don't want to take the car.
We recommend it to everyone. The only thing we didn't like: the two weeks went flying by. If we can we will return next year. Best Regards.
