General Rental Conditions Rentals go from Saturday 5pm to Saturday Noon for stays of one week or longer in general. It is always possible to make other arrangements by contacting us in advance. Rates include gas, electricity, central heating and air conditioning. Bedding, bath towels and a cleaning kit are furnished. An electricity allowance is included in the rental rate. In the event of going over said allowance, a surcharge will be deducted from the cleaning deposit at the end of the stay. The premises must be left in perfect state of cleanliness. 30€ end of the stay cleaning supplement shall be added to rental price. The vacation condominium is non smoking.

Vacation rental insurance. Insurance is not included and is strongly recommended in particular against theft, fire, water damage, for you as renters, the rental furnishings, and in case of neighbors complaints.

Reservation conditions. The condominium reservation is only effective upon receipt of 30% of the total rental amount. Upon payment receipt, we will confirm par email the reserved dates and send the rental contract. We accept payment of deposit by bank wire, Visa, Mastecard or Moneybookers. The remaining 70% shall be paid at the latest 30 days prior to arrival. A damage deposit of 300 Euros shall be required when you receive the keys. It will be returned by bank wire once the apartment has been duly inspected.

Cancellation conditions. In case of cancellation before arrival, the deposit shall not be reimbursed. The deposit remains acquired. If the renter does not show up within 24 hours after the beginning of the reserved period as indicated in the contract, le rental agreement becomes void and the owner may dispose of the rental condominium as he sees fit. The deposit remains acquired. If the stay is shortened, the full rental rate remains acquired and will not be reimbursed.

Rental date changes. On an availability basis, in the course of the same year, it is possible to modify your dates or prolong your rental stay by previous agreement.

Admission of pets. Pets, small dogs and cats, are accepted in the vacation rental condominium by prior agreement, for a supplementary daily 9 Euros fee. The admission of pets is on the condition that the animal not cause any damage to the building, or trouble the neighborhood.
